Project management
We prepare and follow all the tender documents and procedures for the design and the construction progress. We recommend the design team (architects, engineers, planners etc.) and we check the constructability of their work. After the preparation of the time schedule we update the owner at all stages for the fulfillment of duties. Quality and Safety assurance programs are offered along with bidding procedures. Upon request we deliver full technical due diligence for private investors or funds. Independent surveyors prepare reports on behalf of our clients with integrity and accuracy.
Construction management
We prepare the detailed time schedule and cash flow. We offer accurate cost estimations and check the vital feasibility of the development process. We take care of the site facilities and master plan. We work closely with experienced subcontractors with approved track record. Bid procedures and tender documentation is followed up at all stages. Full monthly progress report and certification until the delivery date along with receipt of materials after quality control.
Development
The company uses its liquidity to developments that target great yields and reputational assets. We primarily focus on residential projects, logistic centers and office complexes. After a thorough analysis of the market along with private funds we proceed to sustainable conscious, diversified investments.
